Heroes Sucks

Does anyone watch Heroes here or am I the only douche? I have been a fan ever since it came out so long ago. At first it was exciting and fresh and I was having a nerdgasim every Monday night. Finally a mainstream comic book success that I could enjoy with other who normally wouldn't care. I like the story line and the characters.

As the seasons went on I felt that they were starting to use the same material over and over again. I loved in the beginning that they were scared and misunderstood, and that they were banding together to conquer their own fears as well as save the world. Now I fell that with the constant saving of the world that they are running out of ideas and making the same plot over and over again. I am pretty much done with it!

Is it wrong for me to want the world to be destroyed? Is that a bad thing that I want the Heroes to fail and that what would it be like in a world where the Heroes didn't stop something bad from happening and how they deal with it. I am ok with a sad ending. I want to see what they would do if they were the only ones to survive and blast that could wipe out a city. Please someone tell me I'm wrong and that everything is going to be ok.

Sorry this is total nerdosis, but what the hell.

Just remember if you ever need to fix something just throw in time travel, it will fix the problem but kill the show.

I am a huge military science fiction fan, but the only place I have seen it done well is in books. Whenever Hollywood, or even the game industry, get involved I find myself let down seriously. People love the new Battle Star Galactica, but I tried watching it and it was so disappointing, so it does not surprise me that Heroes is starting to let you down. I don't know what causes it, but I would take a guess that it is the contempt that Hollywood and the game industry has for the people that actually create the mythology. Lets face it most of the good stuff, whether it be sci-fi or comic books, is produced by geeks, or flakes, guys who don't get a lot of respect. Hollywood takes their idea, but if it becomes successful they are discarded the originators in favor of more mainstream writers, and things start to go down hill. Well I hope Heroes improves for you, but I would not be hopeful.
