XGame Voice Chat... Really THAT important?

I want the feature, don't get me wrong. But what does it really do that a computer with skype can't do? Is it even possible with some of these games pushing the PS3, and with the PS3's 256 MB of RAM and another 256 for VRAM. No games on the 360 look as good as games like Uncharted 2. So they have the head room of taking some of their VRAM and using it as regular ram since the 512MB of RAM the 360 has is shared rather than being a bit more partitioned off as the PS3's does. I feel like such a whore

Ok I'm trophy whoring Lego Rock band. What do I mean by trophy whoring Lego Rock Band? Well I mean I'm listening to the Playstation Show Podcast with a microphone sitting next to my 60 GB PS3 that has a 320GB hard drive as the fan is sitting there making enough noise to go through the entire song with 5 stars, on super easy with no effort on my part what so ever. did you notice that the critics that were so harsh on killzone 2 for not 'innovating' are heaping praise on modern warfare 2... why is that? isn't MW2 just the 'same old' re-hashed with updated graphics and new perks?? maybe im missing something... let me know Continue

Ignorant Opinions in Video Game Journalism

I noticed this trend when I listened to this weeks PlayStation Show Podcast and Bsmith quoted Jeff Gerstmann of GiantBomb.com when he tried to make the argument that Demon's Souls isn't the greatest game ever made. The problem with this is that Jeff has admittedly never played the game. Most Epic Folder Evar!

This is my folder from back in 02 that I found today while cleaning out my closet. I used it to keep all my plays for football practice, nude girl pictures, and other manly things. (it was actually for Home Economics)

Modern Warfare 2 midnight release

President of Gearbox questions Valves lack of PS3 support

Allright...so i had the opportunity (and pleasure) of attending the New York showing of Video Games Live (VGL) and i have to say, i was quite impressed! It was held at the Beacon Theatre in upper Manhattan, this past Sunday the 25th at 8pm - and there was only ONE showing! This wouldn't have bothered me as much if it was held on Friday or even Saturday, but why Sunday night?
